(Sigli, 15-02-2025) – SMP YPPU mengadakan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) perdana untuk semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada Jum’at, 14 Februari 2025 di ruang pertemuan sekolah dan dihadiri oleh seluruh guru mata pelajaran.
MGMP merupakan forum diskusi bagi para pendidik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di kelas. Dalam pertemuan ini, para guru membahas berbagai strategi pengajaran, penyusunan soal evaluasi, serta penerapan kurikulum yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa.
Kepala SMP YPPU, Drs. H Armiya, dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa MGMP menjadi wadah penting bagi para guru untuk saling berbagi pengalaman dan meningkatkan kompetensi profesional. “Melalui MGMP ini, kami berharap para guru dapat menyusun strategi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan menarik bagi siswa,” ujarnya.
Salah satu fokus utama MGMP perdana ini adalah penerapan teknologi dalam pembelajaran serta penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Para peserta juga mendapat pelatihan singkat mengenai kurikulum baru yang akan diterapkan
Dengan adanya MGMP ini, diharapkan kualitas pendidikan di SMP YPPU semakin meningkat, sehingga dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi perkembangan akademik dan karakter peserta didik.
